Shipping policy

Clay Shipping & Processing

All clay pieces are available on a preorder basis and handmade individually. Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for sculpting, finishing, packaging, and shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery

U.S. orders: Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after the order ships.

International orders: Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays. Mellow Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages marked as delivered, or orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you experience an issue, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

Damaged Clay Pieces

Every clay piece is carefully packaged for shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging so I can help make it right.
