A Mellow Summer Day at The Cove is the fourth postcard sent from Mellow Island.

This month, Slim is writing to you from The Cove, where he's been spending a little extra time by the water after feeling overwhelmed by the busyness of everyday life. Through his postcard, he shares how making time to rest isn't about doing less, it's about taking care of yourself.

This month's resident: Slim
